Today, Kindergartners in Mr. Pollock's music class listened to a recording of Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World." While listening to the song, they colored different parts of a picture a certain way depending on what they heard. For example, the sun was to be colored yellow if they thought the song sounded slow or orange if it sounded fast. It was a fun coloring activity for the students and a great way for Mr. Pollock to assess what they know! ... See MoreSee Less

Hancock continues to support its teachers in #EdTech professional development. Recently, Mrs. English was selected to be a Google for Education Certified Trainer. This title is held by only thirty educators in the state and recognizes Hancock's commitment to integrate technology into classroom teaching.
